Returns

Return Period:
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. Please contact our customer service at info@gvintystudio.com to initiate a return. Please include your email address and order number in your message.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned with tags, unused, and in their original packaging. Specially sourced and personalized items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your product for items not returned according to the guidelines above.

If you have requested a refund for an order that includes a discount, you will receive the amount paid back.

Return Costs:
Please note: we do not reimburse shipping costs for returns. We advise you to track and insure your return shipment. This is because the sender is liable for lost packages during postal service.

Return Processing Time:
We process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. You can track the arrival of your package at our location using your track and trace. After the refund, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
